Her advice on preparing for listing led to universal comments about how well our unit showed and its features and condition. Our listing was stellar, with the write-up highlighting all the attractive aspects of our home. The photos from her vendor were perfect and she selected the ones that displayed the condos best features and making it look as spacious as it is. We had frequent showings compared to other condos in our complex, which we felt was due to presentation of the listing plus saavy pricing based on her advice. Courtney handled negotiations and details with the offers we received and helped net the best outcome in a tough market. All the while, she kept us updated on the market, was in touch with us on expectations, and ultimately was the key to the condo selling in less time than other units listed around the same time as ours.
